WeSchool or Welingkar Institute of Management Development

Welingkar Institute of Management is an autonomous institution that offers autonomous Hybrid Learning Programs. Its Distance Learning Programs have been recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The programs are two-year courses divided into four semesters and have a registration validity of four years, subject to payment of the full program fees. Students have an additional two years to clear pending exams or project reports. For dual specialization students, an additional year is given to complete pending exams or project reports of the additional specialization.

Course Fee:


There are 2 payment plans by which you can pay the course fees. You can choose any one of the following options:


One-time Full Fee Payment: ₹ 1,01,000/


Annual Fee Payment: ₹ 53,500/- for first year and ₹ 52,500/- for second year.


  • For students who have opted for the annual fee payment plan, the 2nd installment of course fees must be paid one month before the start of the 2nd year.
  • If a student takes a break and pays the 2 year course fee installment after the break, then the 2nd year fee will be the one applicable to the year in which he pays. The yearly fee option will not be applicable.
  • In case a student opts to join the Personal Contact Programs for the 1st and 2nd semesters, an additional amount of ₹3600/- must be paid at the time of admission. It is important to note that these programs are optional and currently only offered in Mumbai. If a student decides to join the Personal Contact Programs at a later date, the fee will be ₹400/- per subject. Please note that seats for the Personal Contact Programs are limited and will be offered to students only if available. Study material for each year will be provided after the installment fees are paid.


Eligibility Criteria


Graduates from any recognized University. If a student has completed his graduation from an International University then the University should be approved by AIU/UGC/IGNOU or by any other international associations like EQUIS, AACSB or AMBA


Admission Process:



WeSchool provides a dual mode for taking admission. The student can download the application form online or opt for a walk-in admission.

Prospectus & Application form


For admission, the students can download the application form, which is available at ww.welingkaronline.org. Once the form is filled, it will be submitted to the institute with all the relevant documents, course fees, and prospectus fees.


Walk-in Admissions:


Welingkar allows walk-in admissions, where students can submit the completed application form, course fees, and necessary documents. If the student meets the admission and eligibility requirements, they will receive the admission number, study kit, and access to the online portal.


Mode of Payment of Fees


The course fees can be paid through various modes such as local cheque, demand draft, debit or credit card, or net banking during the time of admission. The local cheque or demand draft should be made in favor of "Welingkar Institute of Management" and payable in Mumbai.
