Welingkar Institute of Management is an autonomous institution that provides autonomous Hybrid Learning Programs, with its Distance Learning Programs being recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The two-year courses are divided into four semesters and have a registration validity of four years, subject to payment of the full program fees. Students have an additional two years to clear pending exams or project reports. For dual specialization students, an additional year is given to complete pending exams or project reports of the additional specialization. The institute offers a wide range of specializations:

The course fee can be paid through two options: One-time Full Fee Payment or Annual Fee Payment. The One-time Full Fee Payment is ₹1,01,000/-, while the Annual Fee Payment is ₹53,500/- for the first year and ₹52,500/- for the second year. If a student takes a break and pays the 2-year course fee installment after the break, then the 2nd-year fee will be the one applicable to the year in which he pays. The yearly fee option will not be applicable. For students who opt for the annual fee payment plan, the 2nd installment of course fees must be paid one month before the start of the 2nd year. In case a student chooses to join the Personal Contact Programs for the 1st and 2nd semesters, an additional amount of ₹3600/- must be paid at the time of admission, which is optional and currently only offered in Mumbai. The fee for each subject will be ₹400/- if a student decides to join the Personal Contact Programs at a later date. It is important to note that seats for the Personal Contact Programs are limited and will be offered to students only if available. Study material for each year will be provided after the installment fees are paid.

To be eligible for the programs, a student must be a graduate from any recognized university. If a student has completed his graduation from an international university, then the university should be approved by AIU/UGC/IGNOU or by any other international associations like EQUIS, AACSB or AMBA. WeSchool offers a dual mode for admission. The student can download the application form online or opt for a walk-in admission. The application form is available at ww.welingkaronline.org, and once the form is filled, it will be submitted to the institute with all the relevant documents.

Once the admission process is completed, students are provided with the login credentials to access the online portal. The online portal provides access to all the course materials, including lecture videos, assignments, and reading materials. Students are also assigned a faculty mentor who provides guidance and support throughout the course. The faculty mentor is available to answer any questions and provide feedback on assignments. Additionally, students have access to a dedicated student support team that is available to assist with any technical or administrative issues. The support team is available via phone, email, or live chat.
